What is the biggest lesson travelling or your life travels so far have taught you, that you’d share with me?
Come at travelling with openness, curiosity and trying your best to experience the culture of where you are – speak to locals, try their food, respect their traditions, go to the spots off the tourist map and (i need to get better at this) give back to the place in some way even if its something small.

Do you have any travel tips to share?
Is there a ritual you always take before a journey? Or maybe one item you can’t leave home without?
Record your adventure some way whether that’s a journal or on your phone. Its insightful to read and look back! Keep safe too, let people know where you’re going if you’re travelling solo. I travel as light as possible if I can, I never used to be like this but realised I don’t end up using half the stuff I bring.

We’ve got a lot time on our hands now. What books, podcasts, or TV series’ / films would you recommend I check out?
Skam (there are many versions but I recommend the original which is Norweigan and the American remake),
Films – all the Disney Pixar films are all gold especially Coco, The Incredibles and Inside Out.
I love musicals so I recommend Chicago, Cinderella (Brandy and Whitney version) and Dreamgirls.
I love Indie Film so I recommend my two favourites Parasite and Moonlight.
In terms of books my favourite is Americanah!
How are you spending your extra free time?
Actually taking it easy which I don’t do a lot! I’m journalling, reflecting, cooking, eating (a lot) and planning. I plan to start writing a bit too!
Is there anything you have been / are now working on that you would like to share with me and the world?
I’m starting a series where I interview remarkable and brilliant people who inspire me! Watch this space!
